Already selected a hotel that isn't listed on Amanah? No problem.

Before paying on Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip or another hotel website, take a screenshot of the final checkout price, including taxes and fees.

Send us the hotel name, travel dates and that screenshot. Our team will check available supplier rates and try to match or improve the offer.

We aim to provide an initial response within 12 hours of receiving your WhatsApp request.

That first reply acknowledges the request and either shares a quotation or explains that supplier confirmation is still pending. A confirmed hotel rate is not guaranteed within 12 hours.

    Capture the Final Price

    Take a screenshot of the final payment-review screen before completing payment. It should show the total payable price, including applicable taxes and fees, and as many booking conditions as possible. Hide any sensitive payment information.

    Send It to Amanah

    Send the WhatsApp message. The screenshot stays saved with your request reference, so you do not upload it again.

Please proceed to the final payment-review page, but do not make payment.

Make sure your screenshot clearly shows:

  • Hotel name.
  • Check-in and check-out dates.
  • Number of guests (adults and children).
  • Room type and meal plan, where shown.
  • Final total price including all taxes and fees.

This helps Amanah compare the correct booking conditions and provide a more accurate, competitive hotel quotation.

Do not include bank card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information.

We aim to respond within 12 hours of receiving your WhatsApp enquiry.

The response may be a quotation or an update while supplier availability is being checked. A price match or confirmed booking within 12 hours is not guaranteed.

The screenshot is saved for Hajira before WhatsApp opens on +91 98450 57407. The message includes your request reference. Do not upload the screenshot again in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm the enquiry until you send the message.

Price match conditions

When we can try to price match

Amanah can consider a competing offer when the points below are met. Every request still needs supplier confirmation.

  1. The hotel is the same.
  2. Check-in and check-out dates are identical.
  3. Room type and occupancy are equivalent.
  4. Meal arrangements are comparable.
  5. Cancellation and payment conditions are comparable.
  6. The quoted total includes comparable taxes and mandatory fees.
  7. The competing offer remains available when checked.
  8. The customer provides sufficient evidence of the lower rate.
When we may not be able to match

A price match may not be available in these situations.

  1. The competing offer has expired.
  2. Room details are not disclosed.
  3. Prices are restricted to loyalty members or private promotions.
  4. The competing price is part of a flight-and-hotel package.
  5. Cancellation or payment conditions differ materially.
  6. The room is no longer available.
  7. The existing booking is non-refundable or cannot be modified without penalties.
  8. Supplier restrictions prevent a matching offer.

Already Booked with Amanah?

Customers may send a lower-priced offer on WhatsApp after booking.

Amanah will review the request only where the existing reservation permits changes or cancellation without an applicable penalty.

Any price adjustment requires supplier confirmation and written approval.

Sending a request does not guarantee a refund or adjustment.

The existing booking conditions remain applicable unless Amanah confirms a change in writing.
