How Amanah Works

From selecting the right hotel to receiving a competitive quotation, Amanah helps Indian Umrah travellers make informed accommodation decisions.

    Understand the Location

A hotel's advertised distance does not always explain how convenient it is for Umrah. Where verified, Amanah provides practical information about:

    • Walking access to Haram.
    • Hotel entrances.
    • Shuttle availability.
    • Shuttle pickup and drop-off points.
    • Accessibility considerations for families and elderly pilgrims.

    Compare Hotel Options

Review Booking.com, Agoda and MakeMyTrip price references where these have been entered and verified for the same stay. You may also submit a quotation from another website, travel agency or hotel. A competitor price is shown only when the saved record is current and the booking conditions were recorded.

    Request Amanah's Best Rate

Share your preferred hotel, check-in and check-out dates, guests and rooms, room category, meal plan, and any competing quotation you already have. Amanah checks supplier availability and prepares a personalized offer.

    Confirm Your Accommodation

After you accept a quotation, Amanah confirms supplier availability, explains the payment requirements and cancellation conditions, arranges the booking confirmation, and provides the hotel voucher when the stay is confirmed. An unconfirmed room is not described as reserved.

We Price Match

Enjoy greater confidence when choosing your Umrah hotel.

Found a lower hotel price on Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, another travel agency or directly from a hotel? Share the competing offer with Amanah. We'll review the booking conditions and check whether we can match the price or offer a better-value alternative.

Price matching is subject to supplier availability, comparable booking conditions and approval. A lower rate is not guaranteed.

How does Amanah verify hotel accessibility?

Amanah publishes walking access, shuttle pickup and other access details only when they have been checked for that hotel. If a detail has not been verified, the catalogue shows “Not verified”. We do not estimate walking times.
